At present , there are multiple issues in Duplex Natura Clusters which are not documented and requires a consolidated logbook and respective owners . Here we have taken an attempt to do the same, and would require all DN members help . We welcome any suggestions by any DN members to improve the community .
The DN cluster issues can be classified in two categories :-
a) Infrastructure Issues

Related to all the basic physical and project structures and facilities (e.g. buildings, roads, power supplies, Club Swimming Pools etc.). Any items which requires time and certain amount of money , and is covered by Promoter/builder in long run.
b) Operations Issues

Focuses on day-to-day maintenance of items such as Garden, Lift, illumination or any other services which can be directly handles by estate office in a quick turnaround time.

The automation of the issue logs has been done, and now any issue logged (Infra or Operations ) will be re-directed to estate office email address

Also, please follow the below steps to ensure your issues are reaching to estate office and is handled properly.
Log in issues with details and pictures to have complete details of the issue.
Also send a WhatsApp message to below numbers to ensure the issues are acknowledged by estate team.
